ILT- Virtual Learning Workshop
Problem: Less than 40% of employees were familiar with virtual learning

Solution: By creating an engaging training experience with easy to follow trainer guide, concise slide deck, and a learner-friendly participant guide, employees were able to effectively translate their lessons onto a virtual platform.
Instructional Video using Camtasia
Problem: Several employees were unable to attend a meeting on virtual learning due to conflicting schedules

Solution: By creating an on-the-go training video with simplified visuals and instructions, employees were able to complete the virtual learning training.

Problem: Online shopping is growing increasingly popular. Stores must increase their customer retention in order to compete into the future.

Solution: By creating a comprehensive, asynchronous eLearning module, sales associates were able to adequately gain techniques for how to attract returning customers.
eLearning-Branch Scenarios
Problem: Employees are losing interest in their training. They have completed the mandatory customer service module, but the store wants to ensure their goal of increasing the number of return customers is accomplished. ​

Solution: By creating an interactive scenario-based training section, employees can see how their training module relates to their everyday needs on the job.
